E. Lee Handcrafted Custom Knives are made by the stock removal method, using a hollow thin grinding technique that helps each knife maintain a sharp edge. All knives have fully tapered tangs, which reduces weight and gives each knife a pleasing appearance.
The blades of all E. Lee Handcrafted Knives are constructed using corrosion-resistant ATS 34 stainless steel that is professionally heat-treated to a Rockwell C Hardness of 58-60. All guards and pins are made of stainless steel.
The handles of are constructed using quality, natural materials such as stag, desert ironwood, African blackwood, and curly/birdseye maples that are stained with chromic acid. Black, maroon and red linen micarta are also used because of their water resistant materials properties.
Each knife comes with a custom leather sheath.
